Description
This is my first tutorial, I hope it makes sense and is somewhat helpful (if it is, I'd love to see the results, hint hint
).Also, although Digimon is not mine, my Awesomon here is, so please don't steal him, it's mean and I'll cry (make up your own Awesomon, you'll like him/her better, trust me).

Unlike PokΓ©mon, male the evolution of Digimon isn't easy, some digievolutions are hard to how they choose so random and I wanna to know why A_A, Patamon > Angemon for example, wut. :Β°

I know, Pata>Ange is one of those random ones. I always took it that it was some sort of hidden strength/potential thing, but then I didn't really care 'cause Angemon's my all-time fave! XD

Nice. It's good to see a serious tutorial for once and not one of those "Take an animal and make it stupid" tutorials you see for Pokemon and Digimon alike. This was quite awesome and I enjoyed it. I will be keeping this for reference and inspiration when I need it.

Omgosh this is helping me loads. I used to watch Digimon when I was little but haven't really kept up with it. As of recently, I've started getting back into it. (But still need to watch the show again.) I've adopted and created a few Digimon characters and was struggling to figure out how to create their evolved forms and such, especially since Digimon's forms are exactly what they are to me; random. o_O I never understood why their more advanced forms turned more human-like, but reading that you say that it's just because, I can finally just let it go and accept it.

The only thing I have to say is I don't think Digimon is that random. Apart from Agumon evolving to Garurumon or whatever, most clear cut digi lines such as Augmon stick to a reptilian orange creature with each stage of evolution gradually getting more and more armor.
Usually elements of Digimaking revolve around more than just "He must have a piece of armor" or "he must be wearing boots."
Now that doesn't mean you couldn't have a kangaroo or Froggie themed Digimon, but it's really random to be jumping from a metal ball, to a dinosaur head, to a frog, to a kangaroo, to a bestial creature, and then to a human. It's usually something that sticks to it's family group (with the exception of Digimon randomly evolving into other types of Digimon, which isn't even 'allowed' in DWC)
I'm not bashing your tutorial, but this point can cause some confusion

This is true. I tried to say that in the text, but maybe it didn't come across as clear as I wanted it to. 'Awesomon' here is a definite departure from the norm, even though in my head he's not (unfortunately, no one else knows what's going on in my head). Perhaps I should have used the Digi I'm entering in the tournament instead...

You see...my mind was blown, coz thats exactly what i do to create a new digimon and never noticed that.
(also, yeah! digimons are incredible to break art-blocks!)
