Blaec's quirk makes them have a non-human form that is frail and much like canvas paper, however it has a very valuable perk- they can assume the look of someone exactly from scars to tattoos to their height and weight. They also learn their mannerisms. All they need is a full body photograph or to see them fully- the more clear the photo the better Blaec can mimic them, but they can roughly assume the look if needed. However they cannot copy the voice or quirk and must be in their real form to copy, so they're very vulnerable at that point. Their quirk also makes them highly flammable.

Background:
For Blaec, a lot of what he dislikes about himself and the world stems from when his quirk emerged. He lived in a smaller farm town with his parents and older brother, however where his brother got a quirk that allowed him to control and create ink Blaec ended up with a total loss of his old looks and life- he took on the paperlike form seen in the accessory part of the app. Understandably this scared many of his classmates and at the time he did not know he could take the forms of others. His brother tried to help by giving him ink arms so he could still feel human but it never really healed the loss he felt. One day he got such an intense urge to feel like himself while looking through school photos that he triggered his quirks ability- he didn't notice until his brother saw him and forced him to look in a mirror. Since then he honed his quirk, using his brother as a rough idea of how he himself would look like as he grew up. He never attended hero schooling.

High school was rough for Blaec and he often used his quirk to get back at people he didn't like or he felt didn't treat him right, and this carried on well into his adult life until his impersonations proved to be life ruining- he staged scandals and blackmail, stole identities, and copied heroes that tried to come after him. To avoid anyone knowing his powers or name he moved to New Corus a year ago and once more began his troublesome activities.
