not sure of the legality's of using deleter tones without purchasing yet if this tone interests you, you could make a simular tone
reproduced using freeware such as mypaint with brush editor set to randomize ratio jitter and and paint dabs adjusted accordingly, using white color brush on top of grey background making bubbles and then running through newsprint filter on gimp or halftone filter in photoshop.

tried simular reproduction wasn't quite sure about gimp newsprint setting to use so ended up with some chrisscross moire. lol just had to give it a go.

That's very admirable of you. It isn't legal to post Deleter's tones on dA and that's a cold fact, but it is okay to make a similar tone like you're done here! I really like what you've done here! Even with the moire, it's neat that the tools give a similar effect!
