This is a promo piece for the new comic I am working on, Across Thin Ice.It will be the first book in the Nordguard Trilogy and will be a fully painted, color graphic novel with each volume coming in around 90 pages. Hi!! I'm trying to read completly this comic which already seems really beautiful, not only for the effects, but also for the plot, but I'm noticing that there are not all pages of this comic...UMPF!! Damn it!! To read only some its few pages in your gallery is not enough for my thirst of comics. What the hell I must do?? Infact, I'm a great connoisseur of comics: I also am realizing a furry comic...if you want to give a glance to it...

Wow, went though the main NORDGUARD site, and I gotta say, I cannot wait till this comes out. Will this be online, cause it would be a perfect edition to my iPad books--looks great on an iPad too! Also, will you be making anymore patches, I was really upset that they were sold out so quickly.

I am very excited for the GN to be finished. From what I have seen it will be more than impressive.

I wish I had the patience and presition to do pictures in such amazing detail.

I use Maxon's Cinema 4D animation software and making virtual version of Nickel (with all the clothes, gadgets, etc.)but it is very time consuming and detailed because I am having trouble with rendering all that hair with the brown in all the right area's after all I am a perfectionist hope it turns out ok.

Hello again, your new comic NordGuard caught my attention greatly and went to the website for it. I can wait till next summer to buy the first book on SofaWolf Press, but I have questions of the price of the book, if you thought of one yet. And also when the first book comes out next year, will there be enough to get one before they all sold out? I'm in love with your work, and I will definately buy the NordGuard trilogy. Also, is the cover a hard cover or a soft one? I hope to get a reply soon, I'm so excited about this!

what's the whole backstory of this world? I mean it's the same as ours just in another time period, and different people. I mean how does society work with these guys? what's different?, how do they do things? do they kinda still act animal like? am I making any sense?

There is some more back story on the website ( www.nordguard.com) , under the "About the Comic" section and also in the FAQ. To attempt to answer your question in brief--they still act animal-ish, though evolved. I mean, we still act like apes in many ways, so an anthro dog would still have a canine personality and tendencies, I think. More about their world and such is developed throughout the graphic novel(s), so I think you may find your answers there if you decide to read it. :]
