Between searching for studio jobs, and cartoonist opportunities, and looking for a decent school that offers studies in animation....[AAARRRGH!--*cranium explodes*] ....well....half a day's worth of work in Photoshop, and now it's a digitally rendered interpretation of a Ben Dunn depiction of a Fred Perry manga...I believe it was in one of the Swimsuit editions of "Gold Digger". But at any rate, this is my version, inspired by their work....Related content

I like the pic, that long to color? Wow! I do need more practice w/ Photoshop.
I don't like it Ben Dunns works on Freds characters because, to me, it seems Ben has talent but Fred has talent + Education. The combination produces alot more results. I knock Ben Dunn because hes the founder of AP and he sings the praises of FP alot. He tends to want you to be thankfull to him for "finding" FP. Fred woulda made it somehow, Benn got lucky in my opinon. Theres prolly frednship between the two, but I take Benn Dun less sieriousely then I take Fred. Thats why when I mention Fred and Benn in respective situations I alwase refer to them as Mr.Dunn and Master Perry.

Its just fun to meet fellow GD fanatics like myself. I picked up the comic last summer and I haven't read all the issues I have on hand. I'm just lazy by nature when it comes to reading anything.
