I don't want him. Not to sound like a prick but there is nothing for this guy and I actually don't care much for his look. I may do something inspired off this design since it is admittedly a fun look but this will not be the character I intended him to be. So for the time being, this creepy dude will be sitting with the other undesirables unless I could do something unique with his body.

Simply exudes the whole "cleric of darker purposes beyond the understanding of lowly mortals", henchman/disciple vibe. A centipede skull-bird thing.... Beuughhh..... i shuddered o _ <

This is actually a concept design for the fourth member of the Disciples of the Damned One. I want this character to be intensely creepy.

He looks like an outright bastard. A total "Starscream" archetype sleeziness just radiating off of him.
Success! He is a seriously disturbing specimen and hard to look at..... but he gets the silver medal.... because Woe is still the absolute most sickening creature, like those monsters that Japanese folklore produces

The character's name is Xylviivuu. He is a wyyrkin like Madame Woe. I am glad some people enjoy this look, but this doesn't quite fit the character in mind. Woe is perfect; one of the few rare characters whose design was perfect from the start.

His name is hard to pronounce and now I hate him even more.
Like with Woe, I will assuredly enjoy watching him be destroyed. But not until I've seen enough of his scumbaggery to truly appreciate his demise

It is pronounced Zil-Vee-Voo. He is a unique character and his story plays out differently than the other Disciples. And I will admit... he gets it bad when his time comes... although it does not go quite like you may expect.
