Many folks already agree on this head-cannon, but we'll just have to see in Chapter 3!

The theory is that Joey might have club foot or something because the Bendy monster has a backwards leg when it chases you and there is a flashback of a wheelchair between chapter 1 and chapter 2. It's not clear what kind of injury, only that someone was crippled enough to need it.
