Great style! I love the birds and the machine! I think the words were a nice touch too. I can't quite see where his hands are at and his outfit makes me think of Elvis but other than that it looks really awesome!

Effectivly it is an old work if you see the submission date (End of 2008), I've only just discovered steampunk groups on DA.
Strange pants are something I can't avoid, I love then. Regarding the hands, I guess he's pulling some lever or something like that.
