It's been a long time since I started this series, and I painted it in reverse for some reason...maybe the ideas didn't come to me right away, or maybe I was working my way backwards through the bullshit tragedy that became the end of my friends life at the hands of a heroin overdose in Sept of 2008. Well, this is part 1 of the Ballad of Ol' Matt Lane--First Taste. Thank you for this...my g/f got hooked on heroine by a friend of hers, fortunately she kicked it before it was too late, but he still has a hold on her life, he still does it, and it keeps her from being with me....
I swear, if he ever does anything like that again he's dead, I've never hated someone so much in my entire life...I feel your pain, and I'm truly sorry about your loss...

Thanks, yes, it's hard to describe to anyone who hasn't gone through this how pure hate feels. I don't 'hate' many people, nor do I wish their deaths, but this bitch couldn't die fast enough...lol. Well, I hope your friends situation improves as well--atleast she's off the junk.
