Thank you! I base my prices more off the cost for materials instead of time to keep them low, so the cost would be $4 and $1 for international postage.

Hee, of course I know all about it~ :3
I love that you didn't outline the mouth and eyes. That was a very smart decision. I actually really like this sprite design. You get to see the most of the design that makes Squirtle, well, Squirtle.
Now, to be fair, I think the blue here is more like the regular Squirtle. I do believe it might be wise to do another test with a slightly darker bead for the skin colour. This will also bring out the white 'shine' in his pupils more. My only other qualm would be his feet. The double black between the hand and the foot on his left side (so the closer ones to us in perspective) seems a bit much as if the foot might be detached, but that may not be able to be helped.
I adore the colour of his shell, and yes, it kind of looks like a koopa shell, haha! If possible, in the shell, could you put in a black bead about halfway down into the green? To give the shell more depth-ish since his shell normally has black lines on it? Also, the outline on his head just after the keyring loop there, the lack of a full black outline (I think there are two beads that are the light blue) makes me feel as if it is unfinished.
Overall though, honey, this is brilliant! I'm more of a Charmander person myself (as if you couldn't tell by my dA avatar, haha), but Squirtle looks cute here! And I love the colour of the shiny Squirtle's shell.

I've almost got the first draft of the first one finished, they're all going to have to be chibi, and put on hold for a bit (maybe a month).
I spent a while looking up pictures on Google to get the tail and eyes finished. Normally I have a better blue, but I'm almost out right now and will be picking up more next Monday, then I can give it another shot. I also see what you mean about the foot too, and will fix that. It'll be an easy fix so it should be the first thing I can get to once I get the time there.
I think I can get some black to work in the shell, there's not a lot of room so everything will have to be tight but it should work. The empty spots in the black outline (there's two on the back of the head, one on the face, one on the right hand and one on the tail) are intentional. When everything gets outlined in black things tend to look really angular and the smoothness or roundness of some characters can get lost. It's one of the trickier things I've found in working on these, knowing when to leave part of the outline out, so I think that's going to have to stay.
I've got a simple Charmander design I made over a year ago, so I have no idea how good it is now, but it's something I'll get back to. The Squirtles that are sitting in the box I use seem to have the look of "pick me up" with their large eyes; they look cute.
