So this is a design I'd started, and I decided to finish it. Pretty much a cute little dog with a sweater, a big bow, and a love for stars ; v ;
I said I would stop designing adoptables, but I don't have any other way that I can earn points (commissions stress me out too much atm), so I decided to continue.
Rules:
