Description
The latest culture I'm working on developing with a friend for a story. Once a prestigious guard, now a nomadic group of warriors. Done in Photoshop CS6.Been listening to a lot of Skyrim and Game of Thrones soundtracks...they're amazing.

Thanks! There are a lot of little things that are better. The biggest thing since CS5 has been the mixer brush, which I have been obsessed with. Haven't tried out a whole lot of others.

It's within the brush tool button. Basically a combination of the brush tool and blender.

So far for me it's been so I can have some original content to draw and design armor for, but we're going to push forward and maybe in another decade or so have a full story. We're going to be doing some filming as well for experimenting with 3D and other effects experience.

Thanks! I've got a few others coming too. I gotta be stepping up my work a bit, and now that I'm getting way more comfortable with everything I'm really pushing the style I've been doing to a new level (hopefully)

It's awesome. Really only been messing with the mixer brush. I need to explore all the new features, but I do love how it uses a dark background. Did you get it?

No, not yet. I wanted to get it when I start working on another bigger piece, so I don't waste the trial. Do you know when that offer ends?
I actually don't know anything about this mixer brush you keep talking about. It's not on my home version (I have CS3) And I haven't found anything that mixes colors well on the ones at school. I must be missing something.

Not sure when the trial ends. I have been using some of the dry media brushes along with wet media sometimes. All basic brushes, but when used with the mixer I love it. Did that last one with it.

Thanks! It may seem pretty simple, but I've been trying to get just the right type of bascinet style helm for these guys. Their ancient order has somewhat of a greek style mixed with bascinet, but I'm going to eventually make one of these for some filming (that will likely be in the next few years hopefully)
