Description So an Aerospatial student, as in he's a plane in college (a plane specifically with origins from Aérospatiale/BAC) is learning Aerospace Engineering and after years of studying, have made the sudden realization that his own existence is far more complex yet far more understood than previously thought...

This drawing was summing up my research to my engineering team when designing our small uncontrolled glider for our aerospace engineering project in University. Apparently my research was over-kill because first year engineering does not even teach us on how to put these formulas into practice oopsie Maybe that's why i aced this course...

Pff I work on riding lawnmowers small engines I look at planes and Im like

"those massive aluminum and metal machines god have mercy however the hell they work that aint my job I just know they can fly" xD

The same thing goes through my mind to this day. Don't worry I did have a class where they completely disassembled a 4 stroke mower engine and explained to us how it worked. It was fascinating. But then i think about planes and wonder how on earth am i going to learn about something as mind-boggling as aircraft when it's far more complex than this engine I guess i still have 3 more years of learning lol

I'm so glad I just fly the things... Building them looks so hard!

I never successfully landed a Cessna, let alone a Concorde in Flight Simulator I'd be terrified to land a real plane I think i can 'fly' one as it's straight forward, but not land one What you're doing is supernatural to me

We're lucky we have computers today to help us in the design process. If only they stopped saying error every time i spend hours trying to fix the plane model's file... life would be just bearable if the darn program worked

I can't land a simulator either! There's nothing like the real thing ((unless you have a full-motion, airline grade sim.))

Flying an airplane isn't all that different than having a conversation. If you can come to an agreement between yourself, the machine, and the environment - you can get all three factors to work with each other. One of those factors is inevitably the person in the group project who won't let things be easy! But the other two can make up for it. You can never count on an A grade, but passing isn't actually that hard.

And I think it's safe to say: If computers all start working right, the world has ended, we've all died and gone to a better place!

Pure Physics* It must be quite an existential crisis knowing how every single feature of your existence was carefully calculated by an intelligent species many many years ago before any living vehicle existed. They know more about you than yourself... o_O
