step two: bring in a tank and some soldiers

step three: go into the Portal and YEET The Rhydon.

step four: rip and tear the rhydon until it's done.

step five: if it's finally dead.. Protect Speed and his Siblings Family at all costs. and also the other's family (aka Black and Frost's parents from the wild pokemon attack and Lazuli and Leaf's parents from an outlaw)

step six: still protect them for the Wangelasian Republic!
