Hey Bill, I think I know how you made this. I think you took one picture copied four times making each copy larger then the previous one, rotated them, blured it, and put a background on it. It's just a theory. Hey, you should look at my pictures. I have a couple good pictures I made in Photoshop 7, but mostly photography. Good photography!!
