Nein, diese Schuhe gingen relativ problemlos, kniffliger wird es nur mit Heels - bei diesen hier war nur an der Schuhspitze das Mesh etwas ver"zogen", da hat aber Photoshop ausgeholfen, das war nichts tragisches.

Of all the "girly" poses I've seen in people's renders, this looks the closest to something I've seen a woman actually doing while not in front of a camera.

The lighting is nice, and the time-lapse blur effect is very cool. Outdoor city scenes are some of the hardest in our medium to do!
