This is really good. how you showed the depth of the eyes and the noise is really good not alot of people really do that. so the noise and eyes usually look at the same level but you did it so you know the difference of where the bridge of the noise is. which i find excellent cause i would of never found a way to do that. however one thing i would change is how you did the hair. it seems like you did his hair almost as if just coloring it in with pencil i don't know exactly what you did with his hair but since i'm on a guess. i say that you should of done it strand by strand. almost like in a quick motion however. how should i put it...mmm um if you do it strand by strand then it will get this more flow to it since his hair sticks in different directions it would be good for his hair. however don't take offense to what i am saying it really is an amazing drawing. the eyes are excellent, i say this cause most of the time i avoid drawing human eyes when i can lol. also i love the way you drew the stubble around his face it's so accurate. i'm am just saying that i think you should of done a more strand by strand effect. that is it. no offence at all C= cause i love the drawing. only reason i sit and comment on someones work cause i love it. C=

that was the first time I drew Matt and I do not know your hair draw very well, you notice as you can see and record left in your comment but it helps me c:
I am slowly improving and that's good, I guess xD. what I find most difficult to draw is just hair and neck chains or collars, when the links are great to me is easier... I deviated from the subject; O

well strand by strand is this effect so you can make the hair more realistic and what you do is you use different shades of pencils and etc.
heres a link to show you how to do it. C=-----> [link] <----- this is exactly what you need cause this person does it in pencil as well. but however it applies for even digital art. C= and it is good you are slowly improving no one can be a god in one day. 
and you are very welcome. it shows that i really like something when i put really long comments cause i don't sit there and give you feed back if i don't. i'm happy to give input i would want a person to do the same thing for me.
