Since this is basically a re-draw of an existing picture, it doesn't have a lot of originality. Your colouring is very nice and pleasing to the eye. Line-art is nice and smooth and blends really well. I just think you could have put more of an original spin on this image. While yes, it is a very nice picture, it's just a little bland to look at after a few seconds. It looks like you worked hard on it though, for that I commend you. Your shadows are a really nice part of this picture, a lot of people can't blend the skin with the shadows but you did this very nicely.
