He's a recolor of earthrise leader class release in his dead colors. He has a modified sculpted head to be battle damaged and his detailed to have his battle damaged from his battle with Megatron during the battle of autobot city. It's a really cool figure to have if you want to recreated the scene when Optimus Prime's death. He could have had more sculpted or painted battle damaged detail. But, overall its great figure to have for your collection.
