This is SUPERB! I love it!
I've been spending the past few days looking at different Gojira's temperature for their Atomic Breaths (in addition to seeing how much damage they can take physically). What do you think of my analysis below?
2014 Godzilla has the same colored breath as the traditional Gojiras, blue. According to Toho sources this is 500,000 degrees Celsius in temperature. 2014 Godzilla's breath is a pure heat breath (much like the original 1954 Gojira, only more concentrated into a tight beam instead of being a mist/fog). This breath is a bit short ranged so that is an issue vs long ranged attackers. Physically this Gojira is more durable and stronger than other Gojiras (survived a 15 megaton NUKE at point-blank range).
Shin Gojira's Violet Rays are extremely long ranged, and (personal guess here) is far hotter than blue atomic breaths but not as hot as the Red Atomic Breath from Burning/Final Gojiras (which is 1.2 million degrees Celsius). My guesstimate is 800,000 degrees Celsius for the Atomic Heat Rays. Physically Shin's pretty weak (and extremely slow moving) as a non-nuke Penetrator bomb easily breached his hide! Still, those atomic heat rays would burn and kill 2014 Gojira as "he can't take the heat". However, if the two were in melee range then 2014 Gojira would win!

Interesting analysis, although i always think 2014's atomic breath is more akin to a napalm, while shin is more like laser. which is cheesy af XD
