Is there really anything wrong with being a DW nerd? I mean really? There's so much about it that is downright awesome. And to add to the awesomeness there are ELEVEN GOD DAMN DOCTORS! Not counting a few unofficial ones. All of whom have their own style of badassery. How can one not geek out about it??

That is true, that's the one aspect of DW I can not get into. Actually the graphic novel adaptations are pretty good I thought, so how they screwed up an animated series is beyond me.
Although you know how they did some of the lost Patrick Troughton episodes animated? I kind of wish they'd do more of those. Haven't heard any word on that, sp it's probably a lost cause by now.

By the by I've been watching the seventh one's episodes finally. God damn he's a good actor. But the stories are real hit or miss.

Not yet. I'm on the Greatest Show in the Galaxy. I liked the one with the Cybermen, the Neo-Nazis, and the 12th century women who just so happened to be armed with gold tipped arrows. The stories have gotten pretty ludicrous at this point, but I'm still enjoying them.

...and the cybermen were all destroyed when a bratty British kid tried to shove gold coins in them thinking they were gumball machines. And then went on to destroy the Daleks by beating them at Dance Dance Revolution.
Well, the writers probably tried not to think of such scenarios.
