God I love this series. It was the first manga I ever read. I picked up a Weekly Shounen Sunday one Wednesday back in 1998 and I never stopped reading it ever since all the way to 2008. I loved it. I loved the anime too. Binged the entire anime series when Final Act ended. It was one of my favourite series back then and is still one of my favourite shounen series. I still have the anime soundtrack in my playlist. Love every single thing about this series. Also, it's a plus that the anime covers the entire manga story.
