I guess you can say Inuyasha's a classic-ish manga, I've read all of it and it gets really repetitive near the end, but the ending is good imo. I was satisfied with it, more or less.
The story is acutally about both Kagome and Inuyasha equally, it's equal parts a romance and action-adventure...mystery type deal.
