The onion in my personal opinion is a under valued, under appreciated veggie. It add flavor and zing, many dishes would be nothing without the onion. But who do you see with cute face...Fruit. Always with the fruit and my poor little onion goes unnoticed. So as a prop to my onion pals I've done a little Adobe painting of a my man the yellow onion with a completely adorable face.POWER TO THE ONION!!!
