Greetings, this is art of two characters I designed, a mother Chital doe named ‘Umbre Dance’ and her Fallow/Chital daughter, Hazel Dew. I have the above song on one of my peaceful playlists, I believe it’s an ‘old Irish’ based tune .
Umbre Dance is actually co-owned by me and a now familiar user on the ‘Bambi Amino’, aka Mapline . However, I designed her features and moulded most of her personality in role-play, so in fairness I take most credit for her character. Hazel Dew though, belongs entirely to yours truly .
At first I didn’t know what to do for the background and searching for inspiration turned out rather useless . Eventually I decided a love heart foreground would fit, locket style, with a picture of bilberries in the very background, being the plant Umbre places in one of her ears . I’m pleased with the ‘fresh’ overall result.
