Description
#382 Kyogre the Sea Basin Pokemon and one of the legendaries of Hoenn.
Wanted to draw Primal Kyogre but didn't want to really do all the glow effects so I just went with normal Kyogre.
Also made him look more orca-like.Definitely getting Alpha Sapphire when it finally comes out.
