Starring Sputnik Monroe! (let's keep the "what-ifs" going with this well-known wrestler of the 60s! I referenced some old pics of the aliens from Star Trek TOS, to see what kind of make-up techniques they had available. Turns out, they had whole rubber lizard suits and masks. Corny today, but effective for its time. I used the rubber mask/helmet concept, and the rubber suit with bandages to hide where the rubber gloves and boots are connected.)"Batman" inspired by Bob Kane

Interesting ideas; here's my thoughts:
Killer Moth was introduced in an unaired short
Solomon Grundy was introduced in Legends of the Superheroes (think of it as the Adam West version of the Justice League)
Clayface would've been too difficult
Hugo Strange will supposedly appear later in the ongoing comic "Batman 66"
Deadshot's a little too violent
The League of Assassins wasn't introduced until the 70s
Simon Hurt (at least in the well known incarnation) appeared only a few years ago
Cluemaster would've been another Riddler knockoff
Tweedledee and Tweedledum would probably team up with Mad Hatter
Firefly would've been cool, as would Scarecrow (Shame stole a page from Dr. Crane by using fear gas in an episode), Copperhead, Crime Doctor, and maybe Calendar Man
Catman would be overshadowed by Catwoman
Kite-Man, Zebra-Man, Penny Plunderer, Mr. Polka-Dot, Signalman and Crazy Quilt were laughing stocks
while you're at it, why not add the Ten-Eyed Man, Poison Ivy, Owlman, Two-face (although he was planned), Captain Boomerang, and Cavalier

Croc seems rather off the beaten path for the 60s show imo. I get the feeling he'd be a henchman for the likes of Bane since we're using a professional wrestler. But then again, he could have a traveling sideshow working for him as his own crew. The character design is quite impressive and his lizard face is short enough to be less Gorn and more Croc.
Excellent job, SeriojaInc. These "what-if" characters are coming along nicely. But I wouldn't mind seeing other characters from the Batman TV show like Bookworm (played by Roddy Mc Dowall), King Tut (played by Victor Buono), and Egghead (played by Vincent Price).

Also found the unaired pilot for Batgirl with her and the Dynamic Duo fighting Killer Moth (not sure who he was played by) but the quality is not all that great imo.

There were indeed some interesting "effects" back in the day (I'm old enough to remember going to matinees to see them) When done with proper lighting and editing they could be incredibly effective.. I've become a bit jaded with the CGI stuff, there's something about a real "makeup" job by the likes of Rick Baker, that just really nail it.
