Story for the scar:
It was a nice day outside today. It wasn't cold, it wasn't hot, it was in the middle. The type of weather Aurin loved. he decided that today, he'd go right into the woods, further than he's ever been. Surely he wouldn't go alone. Shay was busy with, uh, whatever that guy's doing, Maxie's in town with Whimsy and Hearth was, well, free of his knowledge. He walked over to the nook and walked in. Alma greeted him and welcomed him back to the nook for a visit. After 10 minutes of straight up looking at a sea of a psychedelic wyngling mess, he found his monochrome friend looking outside a window.
"Hey hearth" Aurin said from a doorway and walked over to him.
"Hi!" Hearth responded cheerily, trying to cover up being surprised by Aurin just randomly coming up to him.
"Want to go into the forest again? I really want to go in the depths of that cool place and I like having company too. You up for that? Aurin asked.
"Sure! Let's go, but don't you think it's getting really late for that?"
"Aurin looked out the window Crap, maybe it is too late. No going back after I ask though I guess "We'll be fine,"
"Alright!"
He and Hearth walked out of the nook and entered the forest. Aurin looked up at the sky, the sun's going to start setting soon. Oh well, more adventure, more fun, more pretty lumibugs and maybe he could practice fighting some more without murdering someone. Aurin then felt like a wyngling again when he first walked into the forest with Hearth, it felt so familiar and nice. Entered the forest and the lumibugs started to come out to light up a path. The path darkened and Aurin pulled out a flashlight which he settled on his shoulder.
"That's a lot better," he told himself out loud. The woods were beautiful at night, vines drooping down from the trees. A lumibug here and there flying around. It was quiet. Not the nice type of quite, but the ominous type of quiet, and that made Aurin slightly nervous. Not to mention that also made Hearth quite nervous. Aurin started to regret this and feel like this would come back to bite him. He didn't want to turn back though. Hearth also didn't want to be rude and say he wanted to go back. Hearth wanted to say something but as he opened his mouth to say something, nothing came out. Time passed and there was rustling in the foliage. Aurin and hearth were almost at the end of the forest. Instead of just barely making out the forest and relaxing. A muscular quad jumped out of the shadows and tackled Aurin at full force. Aurin had just enough time to tell Hearth to run back to his house which wasn't too far away. The quad ended up dragging him into a clearing in the forest. Aurin was in no shape to fight, let alone he wasn't good at it. He just hoped that this feral is just doing this for sport and doesn't actually want to kill him. Aurin was off guard from thinking and the quad had already pinned him down to the ground. Aurin bite its ankles to try to get free. It worked to his surprise. The fight lasted a long time. Back and forth clawing and getting many bruises. The feral backed up, looking at Aurin with sharp eyes. Aurin was exhausted while the feral was not. The feral leaped in the air, claws outstretched and its huge claws just barely missed his throat. However, the attack left a deep wound on the side of his neck, it pooled out blood. Aurin started to black out. The feral huffed and left, probably thinking that Aurin was dying. Aurin shakily got back up and limped his way back to his house where Hearth should be.
"What a disaster."
