Thunderstorms are enjoyable as they can induce some good nap taking! Although I'm not too fond of it at night time. Especially if getting up to use the bathroom! >.<

For sure! Same here in the U.S. What I've really started to notice is that the winter's have been getting shorter, along with cold weather as summer and warmer weather is getting more frequent! Somethin's goin' on!

Thunderstorms (and cricket chirps) are soothing because our cavemen ancestors associated them with safety (or something), and we just kept that through evolution
