Haha. No worries. I have a very weird sense of humour. Usually when people have (alcoholic) drinking problems they are loud, belligerent and they slur their words. Since Billy is a kid (and kids should not drink alcohol) I said he has a milk drinking problem -- but it happens to have the same effect as alcohol.
I you look at Majoras Mask I think they made the same type of joke, where alcohol was replaced with milk.
