Great start. love the hat and the pose. the face is a bit too stark. either more personality or more visual detail, if that makes any sense.
I know that all of my comments(this one included) are presumptuous and very condescending. But I do it out of love. I could never do what you do. I like to get drunk and view your gallery and do stupid shit.

Everyone sees things so differently. I had asked someone else about the face and they liked the way it looked, so I left it.
I have an account here at DA for a few reasons. One of those reasons is to get feedback on my work, as I have no local art group to provide feedback. "Presumptuous and very condescending" comments are weighed on their validity and are taken in stride.

It took me half a minute to get this. At first I could only see a face with a long human nose, one eye open and the other one closed, the closed eye beeing the beak.
