I must say I'm deeply in love with your book art. The bird looks wise in this picture. I dunno if it's because he's very tall and looks cloaked, or just because of the accentuated "not lost"

i love book art, and this series of drawings is wonderful.
i have a few old books i've been sketching in, but they're difficult to scan.
i love the limited warm color palette and how the words are faded in the background.
