yeh ... been massive depressed.. and semi destructive mode / mood cus of my foot. Trying to be active loose weight.. heart meds etc and now I cant walk without a cane because of whatever ive done to my ankle and right heel. I cry in pain after even 20 min of walking Im so upset. I just ugh anything to cheer me up and take away this pain atm would be making me amused so if find any vids or whatever I will be appriciative ;-; sigh.Β
Doctors say I sprained it even possibly bone bruised but I swear its broke.
