Like, how to make a stamp or just a gif in general?

How to convert a gif to a stamp usually you have to make layers and run the animation but that takes a long time to screen cap the animation and put it together. SO how do you easily convert the gif into the stamp space?

If you play with the canvas size you can change it to the size of the stamp.
Then you just edit all the images at once and change the size to fit, deleting what's outside the stamp border.
And make sure the stamp template is above everything else.

As long as you do it right you don't have the tedious task of copying and pasting each frame into a new document and making a new animation...
