I thought this title was better than the original one i had, and i love this song so yeeeah.Lance is thinking about something, i dunno. XD
This has probably taken me about 16 hours + to complete. It was supposed to look realistic, but the more i worked on it, the more i feel that it doesn't anymore. So it's just a step in my own personal learning curve. cB
I had fun either way. Now i'm going to chill with some coke = w= i'm thirsty. Probably going to beat uncharted 2 on crushing. I've been stalling while doing it. Lol
+edit+ When I was using this for my class' graphic brief i noticed on the pencil layer that I had missed out some things so I added them in.

I like the personality of this piece. The chain is nicely weighted as well as his hand against his lip. I’ve noticed in some of your other “life-like” paintings you seem to struggle with plain changes. Mostly with reflective light and cast shadows, and yet not consistently so. Are you using a model ref for the light source? keep light and shadow temp in mind too. You should play around with texture. Like with the boots, I think it will give your pics just that little something more. Keep at it! You're on the right track!

I really like this, but I think the highlights on the arms and leg is a bit bright, it draws attention away from the face. Then again, I'm not a painter type artist, I might be talking out my butt >>

The forearm on the right is fantastic. But to me his hair seems a bit strange, and his jaw should have a bit more of a darker shadow underneath it to separate it from the neck a little more, because they seem to blur together a little.

His boots and face look awwwesome. You're definitely growing in your artwork. Those booots, you said they was hard to do, and i believe you! They look difficult to color.
