Description Pentax K10D | Sigma 50mm macro | PSE6 from raw + PSPPX2 |

Going to make many versions of this one.

Colors/tones vary from computer to computer, can't get them to look exactly right.

I was going through your gallery and this really caught my eye.

All your work is so elegant, Sevesys; this one is no exception.

i LOVE the vintage colour scheme... looks like it was taken with a 70's pentax k1000. i'd run it through a noise reduction program... but i dunno, that little bit of noise kinda adds to the vintage theme...

have you tried rotating it 90degrees clockwise?

overall tho, i likes it

Thanks, I'm glad you like it.

Noise reduction is a good idea... when I edited it (usually do it on another one before uploading with this one) it didn't look as noisy or as unclean. I'm still not sure which version is closer to the "average" viewer's interpretation. It doesn't quite look the way I wanted it to, but there will be more that do.

I have tried rotating it different ways, and I think I just need more time to forget which way I think is "right."

haha! i know what you mean... you know the way you took the picture so everything else seems crazy! haha i do that too... sometimes unfortunately, dA doesn't display as crisp as your image really is... and thats where people get into the 'resize for web' debate...

i like it tho, i can't wait to see more
