A Pikachu hoodie with all the little details including perky ears kept up with soft foam (and not uncomfortable wires), a swinging tail, and even the big brown markings on the back.

I used fleece for the main hoodie, flannel for the face details, and foam to stuff the ears and keep them perky
I sewed it all together with a sewing machine ^^ but no embroidery machine; the face details are all a hand-guided satin stitch
