Illustration commission for swordofseals as a gift for beryll ! I haven't done a detailed background like this in a while, so it was nice to finally flex my bg painting muscles a bit xDThe setting is from the game Bioshock Infinite in Paris! Which is a game the giftee is a big fan of haha. I felt like the pink and blue hues in the game really fit his character ^^

The background looks amazing and is really well done, the character is well detailed and colored as well; I also like how the sky/hue kinda matches the colors of the character and background nicely.
Now I'm curious how many people will think this character is a girl based on the clothes/colors as I did, ha ha.

Perhaps in terms of body type perhaps; but the clothes and colors are definitely more feminine. So I suppose at first glance you might think its a girl, and will only correct if you examine it further. (But these are comments we're talking about, most people only look for a few seconds maximum, ha ha).
