That would be One-ler to the right (another ask blog, I don't run any just do fan arts)... he IS a cannibal, so you may've better grounding to be scared of him than Inky.
(Though One-ler and Swag!Once-ler [in middle] have wonderful chemistry on tumblr, I just can't.)
