that's my first icq plus skin. i made it mostly because i just didn't find the "one" skin... so i decided to make it myselfi wanted to skin the splash screen too but unfortunately i couldn't get it right and since i don't have the time now to finish that i thought it would be better to release it without splash screen than having it unreleased for another few days or weeks.

hehe, well it wasn't that bad - icqplus has a pretty nice skinning interface, you basically just throw your graphics in different files and tell the interface "the left edges of the button are x pixels wide, the center is y pixels wide and the right edges are x pixels wide as well" and all of the buttons that are of equal height will use this specification. at least that's as far as i remember... been a while since i've done that. and i probably won't ever do it again, since the slicing and dicing of the "visual concept" still is pretty time consuming. that's why i don't like webdesign too much as well... i want to create pictures, not cut them up and stuff them into code lines - erm... in a manner of speaking

oh and just to let u know, eversince I've downloaded it on the 16th of May, the day when STARWARS
was released... I've never changed it. it's almost been a month now
I haven't found one better to replace it
