Well, she is a drow... The fact that she's having 'unsafe' sharing of someone else's respirator ought to say it all!
She's a drow acolyte--they spend their childhoods learning how to be ideal soldiers! She's been the one to do 'medieval drow things' unto others in medieval times.
Shabazik is a nice, positive guy. We mostly see the fun stuff, the happy stuff, the 'PG movie edited' violence.
Ivoyn ruined a mining operation as a little girl--just to see what would happen!
She cross dressed as her brother, and then ruined his academic life--dooming him to become a male sl*t!
She watched Quilintha rob commoners, and Milvais sexually tease them, and watched on in 'evil girl' style when they were all still underage drowlings!
Ivoyn has ordered her subordinates to make out with each other for her amusement!
The drow trio has killed black orcs and goblins enumerable times, they've killed so many goblins that a cavern was filled with their bodies head high! They've hung wild elf prisoners and watched them kick! They captured dwarf caravans and sent the dwarves to slavery or sacrifice in a heartripping temple! Drow seem to love playing mind games with the straight-laced dwarves.
They've done terrorist illicit religious - political hits for the Senatorial High Sorceress, killing the inhabitants of a Jabharil Temple just to 'send a message'!
They may be only young drow women, but as elves, they've done this sort of thing for most of a human lifetime. And Ivoyn has been laughing about it all the while!
They live in a metropolis of wildly varying sorts of omnipresent slavery, in a world of endemic hunger. I can only wonder what might happen in some of the darkest days--in the darkest corners! 
It's said that most of us would spend life imprisoned if we were to be convicted for our blackest fantasies. I wonder what Ivoyn would fantasize about?
I think that Ivoyn could endure some mental imagery of some cruelly and callously spilled blood and guts type stuff!

yeah, I was as well a bit surprised in that regard... Ivoÿn herself is a veteran of countless wars and campaigns, and quite some experiences... while these images aren't pleasant, she isn't an alien to them!

*Shrug* Mixing genres doesn't always work well. After all, folks with primitive weapons are at a horrendous disadvantage no matter how badass they might otherwise be in their own context. Likewise, what if the drow suddenly came equipped with modern sniper weapons? That would change the whole question--especially as drow come equipped with a form of natural 'night vision'.
The literal answer to the question: bulletproof drow? Of course not. But can they be hit?
Drow were formulated in the D&D game as powerful, lethal and tough evil elves. That is how I first experienced them. They were so frustrating to fight that it seemed like they were untouchable and therefore invulnerable. I literally was so frustrated at their untouchable nature that I referred to them as "Elves from Krypton!" Despite their slim forms and light weight, they are dangerous combatants that require reaching decent levels to fight.
One might be better off fighting a dragon than a team of drow.

It's okay - my mind is not all that feeble. Not after watching "3 guys 1 hammer", "Nazi beheading video" and a bunch of other shit that made me lose my faith in humanity, however. Now to think of it, there are things also on this site which make me lose my faith in humanity. My mind is not all that weak to perversion and sex. After all, I've seen Snuff 102, A Serbian Film, August Underground (all three of them), Cargo 200, Hellraiser I, II, III and IV, as well as several dozen crime documentaries on Andrei Chikatilo, Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, and I'm almost a regular visitor at charonboat.com, not to mention me seeing all the juicy gore fetishist workd here on dA (won't disclose the artist names, tho) so I doubt that Ivoyn could surprise me in any other way.
