Jensen, as I've come to find out, is VERY difficult to capture. He looks different from every angle so you challenged yourself right from the get-go. Good for you!
Values are REALLY tough to nail because they're so relative, and you can fiddle with them to emphasize whatever parts of the painting you wish. You may already do this, but you can periodically throw a 'desaturate' layer over top the art to see how your values are working. For example, you totally lose the apple because it's the same value as his coat.
His ear is spectacular! I know that might seem funny but ears are not easy.
Couple of observations:
~eyelashes, especially on guys, aren't black. No mascara! Unless you're Adam Lambert.
~no lipstick. Even if guys have rosy lips (as Jensen does), you might wanna downplay that in the interest of masculinity. Unless you're Adam Lambert.
~there's this thing called 'subsurface scattering'; it's awesome! It's when light passes through fleshy bits and makes the skin look warmer, more blood-filled, in those areas. It gives life to skin. Frequently seen in the nose and ears and fingers, especially if backlit.
~fun color theory to try: if your highlights are warm, try making cooler shadows. For instance, if your lighting is very gold, try making cooler purplish shadows. And speaking of shadows, they're never as dark as you think, especially in bright light because there will ALWAYS be reflected light bouncing into the dark areas, brightening them up.
Lotsa food for thought, but I think you're ready for it! Feel free to ask if you need to see examples or have any questions. I sure can blab sometimes, can't I? Awesome job!

Oh gosh girlie, you sure do draw these boys well!
I really love the cropping, and the blurred apple and thumb in the foreground. However, I think the apple could've used some brighter colours?
The way you draw brows, hair and ears is so amazing. His eyes are incredibly detailed looking, too.
I would say that the shadows on his neck could be darker, and the redness of his lips should be toned down a bit. I think that shade of red stands out too much for the green hues in his skin tone.
I. Love. This!

I think that you could do a red with a bit of green in it or something, and his lips would blend in better.
I can definitely see how that neck shadow could be tricky! When I looked at the original I noted that as being a difficult spot.
No problem! I like helping <333
