Yay for creative titles!The other option would've been Wartortle.
I'm so creative.
Anyway, it's a Wartortle! I've always like it's design a lot. Usually I don't like the 2nd stage of 3-staged evolutions but Wartortle is an exception and so is Ivysaur. I actually prefer them to their final evolutions.
I did this drawing for a "Draw All Pokemon!" project on Nuzlocke forums. I try not to post all the stuff I draw for the forums (= a bunch of cell-shaded pokemon drawings) but I liked this one enough to post it here as well. I'm so happy I got Wartortle! I've wanted to draw it for ages and now I finally got a good enough excuse to do so.

It might be the monitor's settings - either yours or mine. I admit that some of my digital drawings may be too dark, it's slithgly troublesome. :/ I'll try not to make my pictures too dark, though.

The textures and everything are so beautiful, and I love how you drew more with the highlights of the pokémon rather than just the shadows and dark lines. I love this....

Really out of all the water starters on looks alone my fave is Wartortle...but based on use I have to say Swampert because water/ground = not affected by electric attacks *trollface*
