I love the picture. Nice drawing of Sand (he's working shirtless? I'm not complaining...) and his familiar. And a nice reminder that Jaral is not just a wizard's familiar, he's a cat, and like all cats desires to knock over inkpots and lay down upon whatever you were reading/writing.
Although I think Sand might be irritated when he comes out of his contemplative moment to find all his hard work swimming in a pond of spilled ink. Excellent drawing (and with just a ballpoint? I admire your skill)

I think there was a flirtpack made to go into the general NWN2 romance pack. Haven't tried it yet, hopefully will soon. Alas, no romance yet though. Maybe one day there will be one.
