Description Matar is my version of Death. He will be a character in Shado's world at some point. Shado may have to battle him for his life or the life of somebody else he cares for..... time will tell.

then again he's just doing his job.

as for the character himself i imagine him having the voice of Charlie Murphy. Like how he does the Voice of Ed in Boondocks.

This is the dude I was waiting to see drawn out!
Cant wait to see a run in with him and shadow. I'm surprised he has a cross on him but then again he's not really evil... though with that face I can see him having a hard time convincing people otherwise.

yeah he's not evil, he's just doing his job, and people gotta give him a hard time. On top of that if you recall, Death is supposed to be an Angel anyways. Also remember he sounds like Charlie Murphy

1. Took me about 2 hours
2. Blue pencil for the base lines
3. HB2 mechanical Pencil for all the dark lines.

The STOP sign in place of the scythe is a really neat touch too - Fits in perfectly with the whole Shadoboxxer awesomeness.

Hmmmmmm.... intimidating. Also, and this is just for the sake of it, matar is the same as kill in english.... besides that, it feels kinda of awkward seeing a character with a verb as name :-p

1: there are loads of characters with Verbs as their names.

2. I know it is the unconjugated form of the word.
