This is random but I was at a bird of prey show this weekend and I HELD AN EAGLE OWL. It made me think of this picture

Of course you may use my photos for references,) I love it when people do this (I have a fav gallery just for people's artwork based off my photos, called 'inspired art'!).
I do have some rules for this though,
1. link back to the orignial photo if posted on DA or link to my website www.kjrwildlifephotography.com in the comment or where ever the artwork is posted online or in real life. If this will be a real life artwork that will be put on display, please ensure that credit is given to me as 'Kelly Robinson' with the link to my website with your information as the artist, so that people that see the work can get in touch with me if they want to.
2. credit me as the photographer in the comment of the artwork on DA or in real life if it is appropriate.
3. let me know when its finished so I can come and see the finished result here on DA! I have a special favs folder for all artwork based on my photos and I feature such pieces too in my journal.

This is one of the most stunning owl photographs I have seen in a while. Usually, the owls are just perched, or the picture is a face crop of them head on. This picture brings in the unique element of an off-balance lateral view.
