this is an artwork i did for the online gaming network website at [link]the fur took agessss, and it's probably the best fur i have done, *ShadowUmbre 's fur shading tutorial at [link] also helped ^^ since i am not good at doing fur xD.
This took maybe.. 10 hours or so? maybe more, i didn't count XD. but i do like how it came out =3 even though there is some errors >.> i suck at anatomy XD;

Reminds me of some of the fantasy art you used to see in Tolkien books and the like. None of those were particularly anatomically correct but they still looked good. Much like this.

Ho shit, girl, you've exceeded yourself in this picture - best one YET.
The fact that its head tilted a bit too abruptly to the side while the body's in a full side profile bugs me a bit but that's bout it for this one.
Love the compositon, love the mood, love the fuckign background, it's totally BEAUT.
Fur's extremely well done, especially love the detail with the lighting it just looks stunning and ensures the creature doesn't blend in too much with the similar based background. I reckon you've given the creature a character and personality - lovely expression, I don't know why I love it but I do - the entire picture just makes me feel wild yet strangely scared, kind of a chilling frightening feeling.
