I think I used one in a play through of Ruby. It actually did pretty well the way I used it. o_o;; Though, you can get Dunsparce to work and I can't so. XD
I'll be sure to do that. Lets see if I can get off my lazy ass and do Espeon and Umbreon. x_x

Dunsparce is extremely usable if it has Serene Grace. You won't be taking people down in high tier competitive battles and whatnot, but it does make for a good para-flinch Pokemon in game.
