Of the Robot Defense Society's fighters, Pluto is considered the most out of place because... well... he looks like a monster. He's one of the deadliest robots seen by the public and, in their opinion, he should be modeled to be a better looking robot. Even then, his enemies fear him far, far more.

The Homelander and Plutonian surely have the people who fear them, but Brandon Breyer, enhanced by the Abyss's dark powers, is a far bigger threat as far as the dwellers of the Abyss are concerned. And how many people are in the Abyss? Infinite.

Tell me, how would you feel about a guy who took out an Eldritch Abomination of pure evil in one swing of his sword?

While he's certainly a great help to anybody good, he's feared by all people who create harm. His mind is simple:
-Help those in need
-Bring out the goodness in those who need to be shown the light
-Kill the others

4. King Hassan
His appearance is more terrifying than the Lich King. He has an army of assassins who are top class by his side. He can control life and death. He has the power of the Komeiji mansion and its forces by his side. The only thing that brings him down is how a teenage girl calls him 'gramps'

3. Doom Slayer
THIS DUDE IS RELENTLESS. IF YOU TRY TO KILL HIM HE'LL KILL YOU RIGHT BACK. HE'LL GO THROUGH HELL AND BACK BECAUSE SOMEBODY INSULTED HIS NIECE. HE GOT KILLED BY A LEGION OF DECEPTICONS AND WHAT DOES HE DO? COMES BACK AS A ZOMBIE AND KILLS THEM RIGHT THE FUCK BACK.

2. Junko
Many people fear the woman with a perpetual smile and the purification powers. Not only is she the most rage filled character in the Apoverse, but she can, and will, turn anybody who crosses her into something before they had a name and without any concepts.

1. Antonio Salieri and Yuuka Kazami
Together, they are the most feared people in the Apoverse. Together, they are known as "The Creations God Hates" and are infamous for their (previous) psychopathic tendencies and overly violent natures. Not to mention how utterly powerful they are, which certainly does help. What makes them worse than the others, exactly? The fact that, previously, they would murder for minor offenses and how one of the people who did this was a God of Destruction. No, seriously. They slaughtered one just because he stepped on a flower.
