it was *murdorf 's birthday on the 27th! I didn't get this finished until today during class. (I was sick) I haaaaaaaaave no idea what's going on here so I...uh... don't have much to say on it. It's one of thos mindless doodles you do when your Earth/Space science professor is talking about different rocks and underwater trenches. D8I hope you had a good birthday, beb. I used a white gel pen, which is what I usually use for the whites of the eyes and "shinies". At first he was lined normally like Shi is here, but it was difficult to see in his dark purpleness. DX

I really like this picture. I love sort of circle the two of them form. There is such a playfulness to their poses yet the overall feeling is that of grace. I love the linework as always, it is so clean and perfect you could probably begin a career as a tattoo artist rather successfully with those clean lines! I love the lantern, the soft light shining from it is lovely. There are so many details on each creature, I love how complex you draw the fur and feathers without it becoming scribbly or squished looking. Lovely job.

hah! I have been told that many times... although with my nervousness at things being permanent and perfect/ I would most likely fail. XD I don't have the most steady hands under pressure. ;;
